Duluth East vs. Lakeville North
7 p.m., Tuesday, Dec. 13

Not many players on either roster played in the Class 2A championship game between Duluth East and Lakeville North two year ago, making this rematch is an interesting clash between young and quickly developing teams.

Defensive hockey continues to drive the No. 11-2A Greyhounds (3-1), who have allowed just one goal in each of their first four games. Meanwhile, the offense came to life late last week with a 7-1 win at Andover, the first time the team has scored more than twice in a game.

The No. 10-2A Panthers (1-1-1) picked up a big home victory over rival Farmington on Saturday, and they hope to take that mojo into Tuesday’s showdown. Lakeville North has been slow to take off at both ends of the ice, but especially on offense as senior captain Henry Enebak leads the team with six points (3 goals, 3 assists).
