Elk River can extend its winning streak to seven games and polish off a Northwest Suburban Conference North Division title with a win over Maple Grove in its regular-season finale on Tuesday.

The Elks can also sweep the season series with a win, having earned a 1-0 road victory over the Crimson in mid-January. 

Elk River enters the week as the highest-scoring team in Class 2A at 5.21 goals per game and have a plus-3.5 goal differential. The No. 3-2A Elks (20-4-0, 8-1-0) have seven skaters with 28 or more points, led by senior defenseman and St. Cloud State commit Nick Perbix (9-29-38).

Maple Grove (17-5-0, 6-3-0) is coming off a giant 6-2 victory at Duluth East, a win in which they were outshot 42-18.

Senior forward Justin Kelley (19-23-42) scored twice against the Greyhounds and leads the No. 11-2A Crimson in goals, while Sam Huff (18-37-55) is the top points producer.
