No. 4 Blaine at No. 9 Duluth East
7:30 p.m., Tuesday, Jan. 14
At Heritage Sports Center, Duluth

Blaine is reeling a bit with only one win in its last four games (1-2-1) and is seeking a signature victory. The Bengals are one of the fastest teams in the state, as evidenced by speedy Joey Lau (8-16-24) and Tyler Cline (17-7-24) leading the team in scoring. Duluth East will be a stern test, as the ‘Hounds have pitched back-to-back shutouts of Grand Rapids and Duluth Denfeld and have allowed more than three goals just once in 14 games. East defenseman Phil Beaulieu recently committed to the University of Nebraska-Omaha.
