Delano's Heinonen commits to Michigan Tech

State's leading scorer in 2010-11 will play for Muskegon before heading to college

Tyler Heinonen, the Delano forward who led the state with 83 points last season, has committed to play at Michigan Tech.

Heinonen will spend the 2011-12 season with the Muskegon Lumberjacks of the USHL.
