Rogers and Buffalo played for the lead in the Mississippi-8 Conference Saturday night. Despite jumping out to a 3-1 lead behind Gunnar Goodmanson's 15th, 16th, and 17th goals of the season; Buffalo spent to much time in the penaly box and the Royals scored the final four goals to win 5-3.
With the win Rogers is in first place in the M8 and is the drivers seat for the M8 title.
The Bison travel to Cambridge-Isanti Thursday night.
