Rohlik leaving UMD position for Ohio State

Hill-Murray graduate to be assistant for new Buckeyes coach Osiecki

Steve Rohlik, a St. Paul native and former Hill-Murray standout, is leaving his assistant coaching position with Minnesota-Duluth after a 10-year stint to join former college roomate Mark Osiecki's staff at Ohio State.

Rohlik, 41, had been with the Bulldogs' program for 10 years.

Rohlik and Osiecki played for Wisconsin in the late 1980s and early 1990s. Osiecki was recently named the Buckeyes' head coach, replacing John Markell.
