Player of the Week candidates for Nov. 28-Dec. 3

Candidates

Tony Bruns, Morris/Benson Area G, Senior: With 98 saves for Morris/Benson, Bruns set a state and national record for saves in a single game in a 12-0 loss to Litchfield/Dassel-Cokato.

Nick Harder, Luverne F, Junior: Harder finished with two goals and four assists for Luverne en route to a 10-2 victory over Fairmont. Luverne looks to continue winning streak this week against Marshall.

Chad Nordean, North Shore F, Junior: Nordean played a major role for North Shore in a 9-1 win over Moose Lake. He finished the night with five goals and two assists.

Ben Doherty, Alexandria F, Sophomore: Doherty had an impressive performance in a 9-3 win over Little Falls recording 7 assists for the Cardinals. Alexandria looks to stay undefeated this week against River Lakes.

Jack Perbix, Elk River F, Sophomore: Perbix recorded two goals and four assists to lead Elk River over Coon Rapids 13-0.

Levi Stauber, Duluth Marshall F, Junior: Stauber scored five goals for Duluth Marshall in a 9-1 win over Proctor. Stauber began this week tied for fourth in the state for goals.

Ethan Marsh, Robbinsdale Armstrong/Cooper G, Senior: Marsh recorded 47 saves for Robbinsdale Armstrong/Cooper in a 6-0 loss to Elk River. The Wings look to bounce back this week against Maple Grove.

Max Jennrich, White Bear Lake F, Junior: Jennrich finished with five goals for White Bear Lake in a 10-1 victory over Forest Lake.

Bauer Neudecker, St. Louis Park F, Senior: Neudecker tallied six goals and one assist for St. Louis Park in a 10-0 win over Rochester Mayo. Neudecker leads his team in goals scored.

Brad Amundson, St. Cloud F, Junior: Amundson finished with three goals and three assists to lead St. Cloud in a 13-1 win over Willmar. St. Cloud looks to move to 2-0 with a win this week over Alexandria.
