Falcons boys hockey loses to Osseo, 6-4

WARROAD — The Faribault High School boys hockey team lost 6-4 to Osseo on Tuesday at the Warroad holiday tournament.

The Falcons fell behind 4-1 through two periods and came back with a strong third. Having been out-shot 14-3 in the first period, FHS had 10 shots in the second and out-shot Osseo 11-8 in the third.

Cody Colegrove scored two goals — one in the first period and another in the third. Jake Dickison and Jack Helgeson also scored on the night, and Sean Lipinski and Brandon Teske each had two assists.

Goalie Cody Morsching finished with 26 saves.

FHS will face Grafton, N.D., at 5 p.m. on Wednesday.
