Hermantown 4, Grand Rapids 3. Ryan Sandelin scored two goals and added an assist in No. 1-1A Hermantown’s victory over No. 3-2A Grand Rapids. Sandelin got the game’s scoring started just 32 seconds in, and Logan Judnick scored the game-winner almost halfway through the third period. Hermantown’s Cade McEwen recorded 30 saves, while Zach Stejskal of Grand Rapids had 38.

Benilde-St. Margaret’s 3, Chanhassen 3 OT. Junior Dylan Hoen scored 34 seconds into regulation for Benilde-St. Margaret’s. On a power play, senior Colin Moser scored his first of two goals on the night, tying it up 1-1 heading into the second period. Early in the third, junior Joe Collins put Benilde-St. Margaret’s up 3-2, but Moser scored his second goal of the night with less than 20 seconds remaining to send the game into overtime.

Holy Family Catholic 3, Blaine 2. Senior Jack Michel scored the first goal of the game for Holy Family Catholic 1:56 into regulation. Less than 20 seconds later, senior Cal Vold scored the first goal for Blaine, followed by a goal by fellow senior Max Ulan to give Blaine a 2-1 lead at the end of the first period. In the third, seniors Patrick Reddan and Nick Michel scored within 12 seconds of one another, securing the win for Holy Family Catholic.

Chaska 1, St. Louis Park 0. Freshman Rhett Pitlick scored the lone goal of the game 5:02 into the first period. St. Louis Park junior Atticus Raasch saved 17 of 18 shots on goal, while Chaska junior goalie Ben Urbanciz saved 6 of 6.

Rosemount 2, East Ridge 0. Senior Griffin Lanoue scored both goals for Rosemount en route to an Irish victory. Rosemount senior goalie Mason Lovich saved 18 of 18 shots on goal, while East Ridge senior goalie Nick Stearns saved 27 of 29.

Mahtomedi 3, Blake 0. Bailey Huber was perfect in goal for No. 8-1A Mahtomedi, stopping all 19 shots he faced in a shutout win over No. 13-1A Blake. Six Mahtomedi players recorded one point in the win, with Charlie Bartholomew netting the eventual game-winner on a power play early in the second period. Goalie John Broucek stopped 22 of 25 shots for Blake.

Elk River 4, Andover 2. Nick Perbix and Benton Maass each tallied a goal and an assist to lead Elk River past Andover. Three Elk River players each recorded two assists, and goalie Benny Meyers stopped 11 shots for the win. Ben Fritsinger recorded 48 saves - 22 of them in the first period - for Andover.
