Providence Academy 5, Waconia 4, OT. Jacob Giesler was the overtime hero, scoring 28 seconds into the extra frame to lift the Lions over the Wildcats. Giesler also scored a second-period goal. Bradley Koskie made 27 saves in the win, while Wildcat goaltender Mikey Behring stopped 42 shots. Eli Bruellman registered two goals and an assist in the loss.

Buffalo 1, Rogers 0. Goaltender Nathan Mueller recorded 15 saves in the shutout win for the Bison as Ben Klein scored the game’s only goal early in the second period. Nathaniel Johnston made 19 saves for the Royals.

Benilde-St. Margaret’s 2, Lakeville North 1. Joe Collins scored the game-winning goal for the Red Knights short-handed with less than two minutes on the clock in the third period. The Panthers played with the 1-0 lead for two full periods before Jerome Newhouse tied the game early in the third and Collins tallied the game-winner. Carson Limesand made 29 saves for the Red Knights. Spencer Schneider scored the lone Panther goal as Caleb Mayer stopped 24 shots in the loss.

Farmington 5, Apple Valley 3. Joe Wolters had a four-point night to lead the Tigers, scoring a goal and adding three assists, while Ethan Gauer scored two first-period goals. Tyler Block made 22 saves in the win, while Lucky Bolden stopped 20 shots for the Eagles.

Delano 4, Bloomington Kennedy 2. Jack Paulson and Adam Brown each tallied a goal and an assist in the win for the Tigers as Aaron Kruse stopped 17 shots. Noah Hanson made 28 saves as John Lane and Justin Ekholm recorded the Eagles’ two goals.

Burnsville 3, Eagan 0. Goaltender Connor Hayden stopped 28 shots to earn the shutout win for the Blaze while Logan Kittleson contributed a goal and and an assist to lead the offense. Wildcat goaltender Brandon Toussaint made 26 saves.

Chaska 6, Hopkins 2. Six different players scored for the Hawks, with Ethan Benz being the only two-goal scorer. Mike Koster tallied three assists as Justin Bach recorded the win with 27 saves. Bobby Wilson turned away 37 shots for the Royals as Henry Sweeney and Miles Halligan scored the Royals’ goals.

St. Louis Park 6, Osseo 1. McCabe Dvorak and Willy Basill each scored two goals and added an assist to lead St. Louis Park’s offense. William Pinney made 15 saves in the win. Osseo’s Cooper Olson turned away 51 shots in the loss as Timothy Lavin scored Osseo’s goal.
