Please check the River Lakes website calendar as captains practices have started. This is a great opportunity for you to get back in skating shape so when we begin practice on Nov 16 that you are ready for the season to begin. We have our first scrimmage on Nov 21 in Litchfield just 5 days into the season. Captains practice will be "NO CONTACT" we need everyone healthy and ready to go in GREAT SHAPE. This is YOUR responsibility. Skate Hard, Have Fun! Get ready both physically and mentally to compete for the CLC championship. Expectations will be high.
