BENILDE-ST. MARGARET’S 5, ST. THOMAS ACADEMY 3: The Red Knights, ranked No. 1 in this week’s Class 2A coaches poll, scored two goals in the third period to remain undefeated (13-0-1). Luke Horton and Jacob Holmers each scored a goal in the second period to give Benilde a 3-1 lead. But Payton Matsui answered with a pair of goals to pull the Cadets even in the third period. The Red Knights answered 96 seconds later when Cade Gleekel scored the go-ahead goal. Holmers added his second goal of the game to seal the Red Knight victory.

ROGERS 3, MONTICELLO 2: The Royals rallied for two goals in the third period to earn the Mississippi 8 victory. Trailing 2-1 in the final period, Josh Bridell tied the game and Vinny Billing netted the game-winner.

BUFFALO 2, CHAMPLIN PARK 1: Kevin Kemp scored both Buffalo goals to lift the Bison to the victory. Keegan Bauman had a goal for Champlin Park.  

CHASKA 6, SIMLEY 1: Cal Pierce scored twice and Justin Bach made 21 saves to help the Hawks down Simley. Chaska outshot the Spartans 46-22.

ROSEMOUNT 10, HASTINGS 2: The Irish thumped the Raiders behind a six goal second period. After a scoreless first period the Irish got goals from Peyton Norder, Colin Pomeroy, Garret Jagoe, Griffin Lanoue and a pair from Chad Hinkle in an eight minute span in the second. Rosemount tacked on four goals in the third period to finish the rout.

HOLY FAMILY 4, DELANO 3: The Crusaders scored three times in the opening period and held on to beat the Tigers. Mack Byers, Jaedin Ness, and Will Garin scored first period goals for Holy Family. But Delano responded with goals from Peter Kruse and Luke Olson to cut the deficit to one goal. The Crusaders pushed the lead back to two goals after Patrick Reddan scored ten minutes into the third period.

CENTENNIAL 6, OSSEO 2: Graham Brickner scored two goals and added an assist to help the Cougars beat Osseo. The home victory gave Centennial its seventh win of the season.
