Class 1A, Section 3
Defending section champion Luverne received the top seed in Class 1A, Section 3 on Wednesday in vote of the section’s 10 coaches. The Cardinals (18-5-0) have won five straight games and nine of their last 10, with the only loss a 5-4 setback against St. Cloud Cathedral, the No. 1 seed in Class 1A, Section 6.
Litchfield/Dassel-Cokato (13-11-0) received the No. 2 seed, Marshall (17-6-1) the No. 3 seed and Hutchinson (10-12-1) the No. 4 seed.
