Minnesota River vs. Marshall

Two high-powered offenses keyed by a pair of the prolific scorers face off when Minnesota River faces Big South Conference foe Marshall. 

Minnesota River (9-3-0, 5-1) gets plenty of offensive production — averaging 5.50 goals per game — with nine Bulldogs posting four or more goals this season. Charlie Weick (9-9-18) and Tyson Sowder (9-9-18) are tied for second in points on the team. Hunter Wilmes is 16th in the state in points (24).

Meanwhile, Marshall's  (10-1-0, 7-0) Mason Plante is tied for the state lead in goals (22) with Red Lake Falls' Zak Kennett and is No. 1 in points (39). The Tigers have five more double-digit points scorers, with Tristan VanDeVere (8-10-18) second in points and Bryson Whyte (9-3-12) second in goals.
