One of the best in a legendary line of superb International Falls goaltenders, Waselovich made a combined 97 saves (allowing six goals) in the 1972 tourney as the Broncos won their sixth and final championship under fabled coach Larry Ross. Waselovich also helped the Broncos reach the semifinals in 1971 and ’73.
