With a slapshot so powerful it shattered windows in Roseau’s arena, Ross appeared in three championship games and won titles in 1958 and ’59. His hat trick in a 4-2 victory over Minneapolis Washburn in the 1959 title game cemented his legacy as one of the Rams’ all-time greats.
