We task our reporters with identifying several intriguing games throughout the state to assemble our Top Games of the Week. The matchups are presented in no particular order, and when there are additional games we want to highlight, we’ll include them with brief notes.

Other games to keep an eye on

Moorhead vs. Rogers, 7 p.m., Friday, Oct. 30. Yeah, you could say Moorhead’s Trey Feeney, a North Dakota commit, is in the midst of a decent season. The senior quarterback leads the state with 995 passing yards and 16 touchdowns and will be the center of attention as the No. 5-5A Spuds (3-0, 2-0) take on the No. 4-5A Royals (3-0, 3-0) and top running back Ben Dahl

Becker vs. Rocori, 7 p.m., Friday, Oct. 30. Defending state Class 4A champion Rocori, led by Tucker Haakonson’s 116 receiving yards per game, is off to an unblemished start. But the No. 5-4A Spartans (3-0, 2-0) face a formidable foe in No. 6-4A Becker (2-0, 1-0), led by strong-armed sophomore quarterback Ryan Bengtson.
