Payton Bloedow was selected to the all-state first team, named to the US Lacrosse All-American and All-Academic lists, garnered the prestigious Jackie Pitts award, was a Star Tribune All-Metro first team selection and won a state title this season. The Prior Lake graduate still had one more honor coming.

Bloedow was named the 2021 Ms. Lacrosse winner by the Minnesota All Sports Alliance (MASA). She tallied 78 goals and 19 assists this season, scoring four goals in her team's 15-7 state championship victory over Lakeville South to cap the year.

Bloedow was one of seven finalists for the Ms. Lacrosse award, which is given to the "most outstanding senior lacrosse player in the state." The other finalists were Bloedow's teammate Meghan McGowan, Brooke Lee (Blake), Grace Peterson (Mound Westonka), Haley Reeck (Edina), Taiva Reinertson (Apple Valley/Burnsville) and Maddy Seifert (Hutchinson).

Bloedow will continue her lacrosse career next year at Division I Stony Brook University in Stony Brook, New York.

Cater finished her season with a .532 save percentage and allowed only 6.55 goals per game. The Storm carried the Metro West Conference and were 13-3 with Cater in net. Cater was also named to the US Lacrosse All-American and All-Academic lists as well as the Star Tribune's All-Metro second team.

Cater will continue her lacrosse career next season at Grand Valley State University.
