No. 1 Wayzata and No. 2 Farmington are the last two unbeaten teams in Class 4A. No. 9 Benilde-St. Margaret’s, from 3A, also hasn’t lost.


When Wayzata played Minnetonka at Target Field last season, it was a regular-season game. This season Wayzata is No. 1 in the Metro Top 10 and aiming to play a state championship game at Target Field. (Shari L. Gross, Star Tribune)

The state championship games are scheduled for June 17 at Target Field.
