Two unassisted goals in the second period propel Bison to one-goal victory

• BUFFALO 2, MONTICELLO 1: A pair of unassisted goals in the second period propelled the Bison to a one-goal victory, as Jack Patnode and Aaron Rouse had single markers for Buffalo. Reese Carstens scored the sole goal for Monticello.


• BURNSVILLE 6, LAKEVILLE SOUTH 2: The Blaze scored five of the first six goals to cruise to a victory over the Cougars. Dan Ames, Sam Dockry, Tyler Sheehy, Teemu Kivihalme, and Nick DiGregorio all had two points for the Blaze.


• ORONO 5, LITCHFIELD/DASSEL-COKATO 1: A four-goal, third period outburst broke a 1-1 tie and provided the margin of victory for the Spartans. Joey Luedtke had two goals, and Danny Wilson had a pair of assists as four different skaters each had two points for the Spartans.


• MOUND-WESTONKA 5, DELANO 4 (OT): Hunter Smith's goal at 4:03 of overtime -- his second of the game -- provided the winning score as the White Hawks defeated the Tigers. Charlie Curti had a goal and two assists for the White Hawks, while Justin Oja had a pair of goals for the Tigers
