The senior center shares the team lead in scoring entering the final four games of the regular season. Here is a closer look at Lauderdale, who has 15 goals and 25 assists for 40 points:

The best movie I’ve seen in the last year? “We’re the Millers.” It’s hilarious.

Three words or phrases my friends or teammates might use to describe me? Leader; competitive; strong-willed.

When did you get started playing hockey? My dad put me on skates when I was 2.

What did you work on most prior to the start of the season? My strength, getting faster and my acceleration.

What are your goals for the remainder of the season? Make the state tournament.

What is your most memorable moment as a high school athlete? Placing third in the Class 2A state tournament my sophomore year. [The Cougars beat Moorhead 2-1 in the third-place game.]

If you could change one thing about high school sports, what would it be? Play more out-of-conference games.

In 10 years, I hope I’m … a successful accountant.

Who is your favorite college or pro sports team, and why? The Chicago Blackhawks because Patrick Kane is my favorite player and they’re so fun to watch.

What is the best sports advice you ever received? You will always remember where you have played, but you need to somehow find a way for the places you have played to remember you.
