Moore named Holy Cross MVP

Former Red Knight earns Crusaders' top award.

WORCESTER, Mass. – The Holy Cross men's hockey team announced its team awards for the 2015-2016 season, which were presented at the team's annual banquet, May 5.

Sophomore forward T.J. Moore ('13) earned the team’s MVP Award after he appeared in 33 games and posted 15 goals and 13 assists for 28 points.

Moore led the Crusaders in goal scoring and point scoring. He also tallied a team-best three game-winning goals. He was named the Atlantic Hockey Player of the Week on Jan. 15, after tallying a hat-trick versus Princeton, Jan. 2, and appeared on the Hobey Baker Award fan ballot.

A four-year member of the Red Knight program, Moore was part of BSM's 2012 state championship squad. He finished his career fifth in career goals (7), fourth in career assists (93) and fifth in career scoring (163).
