Four different Falcons scored as the Faribault High School boys hockey team defeated Northfield 4-2 Saturday.

Luke Thom put FHS up 1-0 in the first period 4:21 into the game. Early in the second, Raiders junior Kody Beckers evened things up at 1-1, beating FHS goalie Jarrad Bruessel.

Faribault’s Jack Helgeson put his team back up after controlling the puck in the neutral zone and scoring on a breakaway, beating NHS goalie Isaak Tjaden for a 2-1 lead.

Michael Vogel tied the game at 2-2 with a goal just over two minutes into the third, but a goal by Jacob Dickison at the 13:31 mark proved to be the game-winner. Sean Lipinski iced the game for Faribault (2-1) with an empty-net goal.
