Burnsville 5, Eastview 2. Tyler Smith recorded two goals in the win for Burnsville. Roman Ahcan contributed with a goal and two assists and goaltender Josh Kenney saved 36 shots. Reese Orman scored for Eastview and goaltender Ben Beattie stopped 29 shots.
Wayzata 5, Academy of Holy Angels 0. Ryan Mulrenin and Griffin Ness each scored a pair of goals in the win. Goaltender Sawyer Andersen earned the shutout with nine saves. Academy of Holy Angels goaltender Luke Miller stopped 32 shots.
Spring Lake Park 6, Chaska 4. Three third period goals was enough for Spring Lake Park. Creighton McMahon and Mitchel Bentfield both scored a pair of goals, and goaltender Grant Thompson stopped 21 of 25. Chaska’s Blaine Warnert scored twice and goaltender Justin Bach stopped 34 of 40.
St. Thomas Academy 10, North St. Paul 0. No. 6-2A St. Thomas Academy puts up 10 goals in a dominating fashion. Three players each score a pair of goals, and goaltender Vinny Capezza earned the shutout with seven saves. North St. Paul goaltenders Max Rossman and Ben Herman stop 25 and 20 saves respectively.
Tartan 3, South St. Paul 2. Sam Lindahl had two assists in the win for Tartan. Goaltender Bennett Poganski stopped 29 shots. A third period goal by South St. Paul’s Cade Sexauer was not enough for the comeback, and goaltender Jacob Toensing stopped 23 shots.
St. Paul Academy 8, Blake 1. No.4-1A St. Paul Academy’s Dev McCabe tallied two goals and three assists in the win, and two other skaters also each had two goals a piece. Goaltender Andy Beran had 16 saves. Blake goaltender John Broucek stopped 23 shots.
Hill-Murray 9, Hastings 1. Brock Bremer scored twice and had two assists in the win for No.5-2A Hill-Murray. Joseph Quast also had a goal and three assists and goaltender John Eger had six saves. Hastings’ Leo Otto scored the lone goal and goaltender Jacob Greengo stopped 24 shots.
Mound Westonka 5, Minneapolis 2. Mound Westonka saw a copious amount of scoring as seven players tallied points and three players had a multipoint production as the Redhawks cruised past Minneapolis. Senior Patrick Kelly had four points for Mound Westonka.
Chisago Lakes 4, Monticello/Annandale/Maple Lake 3. The red light was light up tonight with seven goals being scored between the two sides. Both teams had success tonight with 14 different players posting points. Chisago Lakes senior Brandon Caudill tallied three points and leading scorer senior Andrue Trelstad was able to notch two points.
Totino Grace 5, Irondale 4. Ryan Jordan scored on the power play in the third period to clinch the game for Totino-Grace. Leading scorer for the Knights, senior Jack Moore, tallied four points, but it wasn’t enough to slay the Eagles. Totino-Grace's Sam Hentges and Cam Fagerless each tallied four points.
