Hanowski scores 16 seconds into third period, ends Warriors' five-game streak

More than likely, Joey Hanowski is well-aware of the gravity his last name carries in the Minnesota State High School League.

Ben Hanowski, Joey's older brother, graduated from Little Falls in 2009 after setting the all-time scoring record with 405 career points and is currently playing at St. Cloud State.

Joey - leading the Flyers in scoring with 27 points (17 goals, 10 assists) - proved he can step out of his brother's shadow during the Tuesday, Jan. 11, game against Brainerd. The junior forward scored two goals including the game-winner that came 16 seconds into the third period.
