Falcons fall to New Ulm, 4-2
NEW ULM — Against a New Ulm team that earned a trip to the state tournament a year ago, the Faribault High School boys hockey team hung tough. But the Eagles were ultimately too much for the Falcons as FHS fell 4-2.
Andrew Viscomi and Cody Colegrove had goals for the Falcons. FHS fell behind 2-0 and 3-1 before closing the gap to 3-2. New Ulm added an empty netter to seal the win.
Senior goaltender Aaron Forgaard made 29 saves for FHS.
