Northern powerhouses Duluth East and Grand Rapids are No. 1 and 2 seeds, respectively, in the Section 7AA playoffs bracket released on Wednesday, Feb. 16.

The seeds are as follows:

• No. 1 - Duluth East
• No. 2 - Grand Rapids
• No. 3 - Cloquet
• No. 4 - Elk River
• No. 5 - Forest Lake
• No. 6 - Andover
• No. 7 - St. Francis
• No. 8 - Cambridge

All of the quarterfinal games are scheduled for Tuesday, Feb. 22.
