Player of the Week winner

Luke Krause, Lake of the Woods. In a 13-0 rout of Bagley/Fosston, the senior forward registered eight points with two goals and six assists.

Player of the Week candidates

Ben Almquist, Holy Family Catholic. The senior forward tallied a pair goals and added two assists — three of those points with the man advantage — as the Fire went 3-for-6 on the power play in a 4-2 win over Delano.

Ben Garrity, Rosemount. The senior goaltender turned aside all 36 shots he faced in a 3-0 win over Prior Lake.

Cody Hendrickson, Eveleth-Gilbert. A senior forward, Hendrickson notched a hat trick and added two assists — one of his helpers coming on the power play — in a 6-4 victory over Proctor.

Ville Hyttinen, Greenway. The sophomore goalie made 46 saves (.939 save percentage) in a 5-3 win over St. Cloud Cathedral.

Jase Jensen, Breckenridge/Wahpeton. In an 8-3 win over MayPort Area, the sophomore forward produced seven points, including the team’s final goal on the power play.

Jackson Killinger, Rochester Century. The senior goaltender posted a .955 save percentage, making 42 saves in a 3-2 win over Holy Angels.

Luke Krause, Lake of the Woods. In a 13-0 rout of Bagley/Fosston, the senior forward registered eight points with two goals and six assists.

Brandt Pedersen, Litchfield/Dassel-Cokato. The senior forward was the overtime hero for the Dragons, scoring the game-winner 2:58 into the extra period, after scoring the game’s opening goal just 51 seconds into the first period in a 3-2 win over New Ulm.

Nathan Phinney, Mankato West. The junior defenseman led the Scarlets to a 5-3 win over Minnehaha Academy, scoring four goals — including a penalty shot goal in the first period and two power play goals.

Jonathan Terwisscha, River Lakes. In a 3-2 win over Fergus Falls, the senior goalie made 41 saves, posting a .953 save percentage. One of his two goals against was on the penalty kill.
