Joe Phillippi was Most Valuable Player in the NAHL playoffs

Joe Phillippi, a former Hill-Murray star from Shoreview, has committed to play at St. Cloud State University.

A goaltender, Phillippi, 21, was named the Most Valuable Player of the North American Hockey League playoffs this year after leading the Fairbanks Ice Dogs to the Robertson Cup championship.
