Mike Guentzel, the former Greenway and University of Minnesota star, coached hockey in three states the past three years while his wife, Sally, and youngest son, Jake, who will be a junior on Hill-Murray's hockey team this fall, lived in the Twin Cities.

With the elder Guentzel returning to the Gophers as associate head coach, the living arrangements will be much less complicated.
