Feb. 11: The Greyhounds and Crimson have been equally impressive and inconsistent this season and will both be looking for another quality win.

With only a couple of weeks left in the regular season, conference races are coming down to the final contests, while section seeding is beginning to take shape.

In conference games, Delano heads to Holy Family Catholic hoping for a better result than in the first meeting with the Fire. Meanwhile, Hill-Murray and St. Thomas Academy battle it out in the Metro East Conference, Minnetonka hosts Edina in the Lake Conference, and  a trio crosstown rivalries from St. Cloud, Lakeville and Mankato will play out throughout the week.

Tuesday's clash in the metro brings White Bear Lake to Centennial in a battle of tough, defensive-minded squads with big ambitions. In the northland, a pair of top nonconference games will take place as Alexandria travels to East Grand Forks, while Moorhead heads east to Grand Rapids.

But it’s the Saturday afternoon special at Heritage Sports Center in Duluth that is the choice for top game of the week as Maple Grove takes on Duluth East. It’s a meeting of two teams that have plenty of talent and the potential to beat anybody, blended with periods of inconsistency and head-scratching results. The opportunity is ripe for either team to prove its postseason credentials in our Top Game of the Week.
