Breck 6, Mound-Westonka 2 -- FINAL
Thomas Lindstrom scored twice in the first period as No. 2 Breck (17-8-0) opened up a four-goal lead after 17 minutes and held on to defeat No. 7 Mound-Westonka (11-11-4) at the Parade Ice Garden in Minneapolis. The Mustangs advance to play No. 3 Delano/Rockford in the semifinals at 6 p.m. Tuesday at Parade.
Blake 5, Chaska 4 -- FINAL
The difference was the second period. No. 1 Blake (20-3-2) outshot No. 8 Chaska (7-17-2) 21-1 in the middle frame and got the only goal from Henry Vaughan to edge the Hawks at the Parade Ice Garden in Minneapolis. Jack Storo had two goals and an assist for Chaska, which was outshot 47-19. The Bears advance to play No. 4 Orono in the semifinals at 8 p.m. Tuesday at Parade.
Totino-Grace 5, Spring Lake Park 2 -- FINAL
No. 2 Totino-Grace (20-5-1) overcame a first period deficit to beat No. 7 Spring Lake Park (15-12-0) at Aldrich Arena in Maplewood. Trailing 2-1 after one period, the Eagles scored three times in the second to take an insurmountable lead. T.J. Roo tallied the game winner with 3:24 left in the second. The Eagles advance to the semifinals at 8 p.m. Tuesday at Aldrich. Nick Turbitt scored twice for Spring Lake Park.
South St. Paul 3, St. Paul Johnson 2 2OT -- FINAL
Matt Wrobel scored 7:45 into the second overtime to give No. 3 South St. Paul (16-9-0) a narrow escape over No. 6 St. Paul Johnson (12-11-3) at Aldrich Arena in Maplewood. The Packers advance to the semifinals at 8 p.m. Tuesday at Aldrich.
Thief River Falls 10, Park Rapids Area 1 -- FINAL
Brendan Skime scored five goals and added two assists as No. 2 Thief River Falls (17-8-1) rolled past No. 7 Park Rapids Area (12-13-1) at Ralph Engelstad Arena in Thief River Falls. The Prowlers advance to the semifinals at 7 p.m. Monday at the "Little Ralph."
Lake of the Woods 4, Red Lake Falls 3 -- FINAL
Down 3-1 in the final minute of the second period, No. 3 Lake of the Woods (17-6-3) rallied past No. 6 Red Lake Falls (13-11-1) at Ralph Engelstad Arena in Thief River Falls. Wade Holen scored with 40 seconds left in the second, then Ian Sugden and Cole Nelson scored 16 seconds apart early in the third to give the Bears the victory. Dylan Zutz had a goal and two assists for Red Lake Falls. The Bears advance to the semifinals at 7 p.m. Monday at the "Little Ralph."
